Ochheuteal Beach is the top waterfront in Cambodia when counting visitors and infrastructure the hotels' & resorts plus apartments and restaurants. 

Bars nightlife and almost all activities to pull it together there are only 3 serious nightlife spots in Cambodia that are Phnom Penh were plenty of Khmer girls are available after it's Siem Reap and Sihanoukville beach side. 



The Ochheuteal waterfront at Sihanoukville is the most popular day and night but no pretty women available means no sex on the beach I think there are far too many NGO's with women in Cambodia who try to block the guys.

Ochheuteal Beach in Sihanoukville offer a mini nightlife and the only interesting is to drink some Angkor Beer and pork and fish from the grills along the beachfront.

There are far too many NGOs in Cambodia desperately trying to curb any nightlife with girls almost all NGO's in Cambodia are on the drain of EU & US taxpayers and what is being done? bla-bla and nothing else the country has extremely bad roads and all "help" seeped into corrupt canals. there is really only one place where you can have substantial fun at night and that is Sisowath Quay around the 136 street in the Phnom Penh Nightlife scene everything else is almost dead after 9 pm. this may be the ideal condition of old women but not a deal for younger guys. 

The photos below are from the Ochheuteal Beach at about 9 pm but except for alcohol there are not any interesting destinations like Patong Beach in Phuket or Soi Cowboy in Bangkok etc are nowhere.
